How do I make a purchase?

 I. Product search

If you want to find a certain product, you can do so in one of two ways:

a) There is a magnifying glass symbol in the menu bar in the top right side that you can click so that the product search text box appears. Use the box to enter the type of product you are searching for (e.g. “T-shirt”) or the actual product name (e.g. “T-shirt with an image of Esu”). You can also perform a search by using the product code. Suitable products will be displayed on the site automatically.

b) Use the footer menu to select the product category you are interested in (e.g. “Esu – Always the First” or “Online Courses”). All items in the selected category will be displayed.

II. Product selection

When clicking the product image, detailed information appears. Choose the desired size and the number of pieces of the product. Read the size chart carefully and compare it to your personal measurements. Then click “Add to cart”, and the product will be added to your shopping cart. Now you can continue with your purchase or open the cart to finalise the order. You can check the cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart in the top right corner. By clicking “Proceed to checkout”, you are going to be redirected to the site where you fill in your contact information, enter the delivery address, and select the payment method.

III. Contact information

In the first checkout step, enter your contact information and the delivery address. Here you can select the registration option for later use and apply to the e-newsletter. The billing address and the delivery address may differ.

IV. Delivery method

The second step is selecting the delivery method. The order will be delivered to the selected address by Pošta Slovenije or another delivery service provider.

V. Payment method

The third step is selecting the payment method. You may pay with a credit or debit card via the STRIPE system.

VI. Discount code / Note

If you have a discount voucher, click on the “HAVE A COUPON? CLICK HERE TO ENTER YOUR CODE” above the order form. Enter the code you received in your email address. The discount will be automatically applied to the final invoice amount.

VII. Purchase review and order submission

Once you fill in all the information, carefully review your entries and click the “PLACE ORDER” button. You will be informed of all subsequent steps via the e-mail address you submitted upon registration.

Do I need to register in order to make a purchase?

Registration is not necessary as you may shop as a guest as well. However, registered users have certain advantages. These are:

  • As a registered customer, you will be able to make quicker and easier selections in the future. Your address will be saved, and you will not have to re-enter it when placing a new order.
  • As a registered customer, you have the option of reviewing the summary of all previous orders and their status. This way you can check if your payment was received, if your parcel was shipped, etc.
  • Upon logging in, a single click is enough to apply to the Oduduwa Europe e-newsletter, which allows you to stay on top of upcoming events, new publications, e-shop offers, posts, and our newsletter via e-mail.

What happens once I place an order?

Once the order has been finalised, you proceed to payment. The payment takes place through the STRIPE. After the payment, we will start processing your order. You will receive an e-mail with PDF invoice as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse.

The delivery time for the European Union for items in stock is usually 7-14 working days. In Slovenia, the delivery time for items in stock is usually 2-5 working days. If an item is not in stock in our central warehouse, the delivery time for the entire order is extended. The data on availability is shown in the description of every product and under the name of the product in the cart. You are informed of any potential delays via e-mail.

Where can I check the status of the order?

You can check the status of your order if you have an active user account. You can view the order data by clicking “Log in” or by first clicking your name and then the “Orders” tab. On a mobile phone, you access your user account by clicking the user icon.

Can I cancel the order if I change my mind?

You can cancel the order if the product has not yet been shipped. You do that by informing us via the contact form as soon as possible. Write in the text box that you want to cancel your order and be sure to enter your order number. If the parcel has already been shipped and you reject it later, incurred delivery costs are your responsibility, meaning that the costs of delivery are paid by you. In such a case, you are issued a credit note.

Can I change the delivery address for a placed order?

You can change the delivery address if your parcel has not yet been shipped. Inform us of the changed address via the contact form and enter the new delivery address into the text box. Please, be sure to enter your order number too. If the parcel was already sent, you received a message from the delivery service to your e-mail address, and you have to contact them to change the delivery address.

What is the minimum/maximum value of the purchase?

There is no minimum or maximum purchase value. The maximum value is dependent on the selected payment method.

I cannot finalise my order. What can I do?
