What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated and listed on the order and the invoice for issued goods. You pay the shipping costs together with the price of the order.

How soon do I receive ordered goods?

The delivery period for items in stock is usually 2 to 5 working days for Slovenia and 7 to 14 working days for the European Union. If an item is not in stock in our central warehouse, the delivery period for the entire order is extended. The data on availability is shown in the description of every product and under the name of the product in the cart.

How can I track my order?

If you want to check the status of your order, you can do so through the shipment confirmation sent to your e-mail address that includes a link for tracking the shipment. Once the delivery service receives the package, an SMS message will be sent to your number containing a link for tracking the shipment. This allows you to know at all times where your shipment currently is and when it will be delivered to you. If you fail to receive an e-mail or an SMS message, reach us through the contact form.

Will I be informed of the delivery time in advance by phone?

Prior to the delivery, you receive an e-mail and an SMS message informing you that the delivery service received the parcel and that it is on its way. If there are any complications with the delivery, the delivery service calls you to arrange for the collection of your parcel. If you are not at home, the delivery service leaves a notification of the arrival of the parcel with contact data and information on where to collect your parcel.

Which provider will be used to deliver my parcel?

Our contractual partner for parcel delivery in Slovenia and abroad is Pošta Slovenije; however, the company AKCS d.o.o. reserves the right to select another delivery service if this ensures a more efficient order delivery.

May I choose a shipping address other than the billing’s address?

You may order your parcel to be delivered to an address that differs from your address listed on the invoice. For instance, your parcel may be delivered to your workplace or to a friend’s address. When finalising your purchase, enter the desired delivery address under the “Shipping Address” tab.

How soon will I receive my parcel?

If the goods are in stock, they are shipped within two (2) working days from the date of payment made with a card or through the STRIPE system. If a product is not available, the delivery period is extended, and the provider informs the user about this within two (2) working days. The international delivery time for items in stock is usually 2 to 14 working days. If an item is not in stock in our central warehouse, the delivery time for the entire order is extended. The data on availability is shown in the description of every product and under the name of the product in the cart. If you wish to receive your order as two separate parcels, an additional delivery cost is charged. The delivery time may be longer in countries with customs administration.

I haven’t received the parcel within the outlined time period. Whom should I contact?

If you do not receive the parcel within the outlined delivery time frame and your package was shipped, check the location of the parcel using the parcel tracking number sent to you by the delivery service. If this fails to help, please contact us via the contact form.

My parcel is missing an item I ordered. Whom should I contact?

Please use the contact form to send us information on the missing item. If we determine that an incomplete parcel was shipped, we will send the missing item as soon as possible and cover the delivery cost.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Please use the contact form to send as much information as possible about the damaged item (including a description, photos, and videos). Expect to receive our response within 1-2 working days.
